Welcome to Dancer Registration 2021!
In order to register please complete the following steps:
- Download the Dancer Packet here. Please read the entire packet and fill out all forms in the packet.
- Select what size shirt you would like for your Dancer Shirt from the dropdown menu. (White Long Sleeve with Logo on front)
- Proceed to checkout, scan and upload the filled out Dancer Packet AS A PDF to the file upload at the top of the checkout page.Make sure to title the pdf LastName_DREG
- Fill out the information for checkout. Please make sure to include the correct organization name and number.
- Fill out the customizable text for the back of the Dancer Shirt according to the following guidelines. Anything that violates guidelines will not be printed.
- 14 Characters MAXIMUM. (Spaces, ™, and ® all count)
- Phrases must be properly trademarked
- The text cannot be copyright infringement. If you have concerns that the text infringes please email: licensing@thon.org
- For examples and more details view this document.
- Select shipping to have your order shipped or THON Store Pickup to be picked up with distribution.
- Enter payment for the dancer fee and checkout
*Please have all organization dancers complete Dancer Registration within the same timeframe.
