How long will my shipment take?

All THON Store shipments are processed by student volunteers and as a result, most orders take up to two weeks to arrive. If an item you ordered is not presently in stock, you will be contacted by one of our volunteers notifying you that your order will take more time. During the holiday season and before thon weekend, orders may be slowed due to the large influx of submissions but the Merchandise Committee will be continuously working hard year-round to get all orders out in as quickly of a time as possible.

 

I received the wrong size of an item I ordered, what do I do?

While we strive to make sure that every customer is 100% satisfied, mistakes do happen. In the event that you are given the wrong size of an item we ask that you contact store@thon.org to notify us of the mistake. Please include your invoice number and what the specific item was that was incorrect in your e-mail. We will then send a replacement product as soon as we can confirm your order. Additionally, you may send back the wrong product to “THON Store, 040 HUB, University Park, PA 16802” in order to make sure that every product is FTK. Any shipping costs incurred by you will be covered by the THON Store.

 

I live outside the US, can I order THON Merchandise?

Unfortunately, because all of our orders are processed through USPS, we are limited to the United States for shipping needs.

 

I am a student living on-campus, can I pick-up Merchandise to avoid shipping costs?

If you live on campus, please come visit us in the HUB on campus to avoid shipping costs! We are open from 10-4 weekdays located in 040 HUB.

I placed my order a week ago, but have not yet been charged, why?

We only charge once we have all of the items in your order and have shipped it!

 

I bought a few things on-line but they don’t fit.
