When will the THON store be open in the Fall? How will it operate?

The THON Store will be open 10am-4pm, Monday-Friday for In-Store Pickup of online orders only. We will be strictly adhering to capacity and social distancing policies and will require anyone entering to wear a mask and remain six feet apart from all others.

 

What portion of my purchase gets donated to THON?

All profits from both the online THON Store and in person THON Store are directly donated to THON, which will be donated to our sole beneficiary The Four Diamonds Fund.

 

Can I modify or change my order?

We are more than happy to work with you to change or modify your order. Please email order.management@thon.org with any changes you would like to make.

 

What if I want to return or exchange my item?

While we don’t accept full returns, you may exchange your item for another of equal or lesser value. If you have any questions or would like to exchange an item, please contact store@thon.org.

 

Can I cancel/get a refund for my order?

Please contact store@thon.org if you would like to cancel your order and exchange an item or receive a refund. Please note refunds can only be processed up to 120 days after the initial transaction is settled.

 

What happens if I do not pickup my order within 120 days?

If no attempt is made to pick up your order within 120 days after the initial transition is settled, the item(s) you ordered will be put back in our inventory system, and the purchased amount will be counted as a donation to THON™
